Carpentry and Construction Experience
Brent Kishel worked in both the carpentry and heavy construction industries before becoming a certified home inspector. For 12 years, he did heavy construction work for a drilling and soil stabilization company. In addition, Brent also completed a 2-year carpentry program at a technical college and then worked in the field for 3 years. Working with his hands in both positions, Brent learned the importance of attention to detail and developed an understanding of construction and repair work that he uses to his customers’ benefit during his inspections today. His knowledge in these areas also makes him especially capable of helping his customers with their insurance inspections, including wind mitigation, which are important in the state of Florida. If home buyers have questions or concerns, Brent has the answers to put their minds at ease.
